The
Coach House is situated adjacent to a working
dairy farm and has been extensively modernised
to form two lovely cottages. Built in 1720 it
is reputed that dick Turpin once frequented the
premises. There are lovely walks in this picturesque
valley by the river Hamps with an abundance of
wildlife. The RSPB nature reserve is close by
along with Chatsworth House, Dovedale, Stoke-on-Trent
potteries and factory shops. Alton Towers is but
a short drive away. Pubs and restaurants abound
the area for your dining experience.
